Sunday Lunch Menu

 

This is a sample Sunday menu, the menu is changed weekly however it will always consist of three roast types of meat, a fish option, and a vegetarian/vegan option.

 

One course - £14, two courses - £19, three courses - £24.

Served from 12 pm. Last food orders at 3.30 pm

 

Starters

Winter Vegetable Soup– bread and butter (v)

Chicken Liver Parfait – red onion marmalade and sourdough

Panko Squid Rings - dressed salad, sweet chili mayonnaise and truffle oil

Braised Pig Cheeks – tomato jus, leek crisps, en-croute and balsamic

Prawn Cocktail - dressed salad, Marie-rose sauce and sourdough

 

Mains

Roast Sirloin of Beef – cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes, swede puree, Yorkshire pudding and gravy

Roast Chicken Breast- cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes, swede puree, Yorkshire pudding and gravy

Roast Pork Loin - cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes, swede puree, Yorkshire pudding and gravy

Nut Roast - cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes, swede puree, Yorkshire pudding and gravy (v)

Tomato Gnocchi – rich passata sauce, parmesan and grated cheddar

Venison Loin – crushed new potatoes, carrot & swede mash, crispy savoy, winterberry jus

Fish Pie – topped with cheddar mash, fresh peas

Puddings

Berry Crumble - custard

Lemon Drizzle Cake – fresh fruits and lemon sorbet

Chocolate Brownie – pistachio praline and chocolate ice cream

Ice Creams and Sorbet - vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, lemon, raspberry
